We all love to be noticed.  We love to have our blog be noticed. We love to have something new to our blog.We love seeing those comments.  We love when people notice our new hairstyle, even if we aren't sure if WE like it yet. We love wearing a pair of new boots. We LOVE to cuddle up and watch a Romantic movie with our men. We love a clean house. We love having our nails done and toe nails painted. We love having a good smelling home. We love our extra throw pillows on our bed. We love cooking a meal for our family. We love going to Sunday in our new clothes.

We love having pretty things & for things to look pretty.
Every little thing I have said is something I love to see & hear, but it takes 1 thing to get all those things.

lots of it.

It is never ending, isn't it?

Mary & Martha.
luke 10

38 -40As they continued their travel, Jesus entered a village. A woman by the name of Martha welcomed him and made him feel quite at home. She had a sister, Mary, who sat before the Master, hanging on every word he said. But Martha was pulled away by all she had to do in the kitchen. Later, she stepped in, interrupting them. "Master, don't you care that my sister has abandoned the kitchen to me? Tell her to lend me a hand."
41 -42The Master said, "Martha, dear Martha, you're fussing far too much and getting yourself worked up over nothing. One thing only is essential, and Mary has chosen it—it's the main course, and won't be taken from her."

At times, we as women have much to do.

clean bathroom
match socks
feed baby
go to bank
send bills
vacuum bedroom
do dishes
dust ceiling fans
make dinner
clean kitchen
facebook stalk
call mom back
blog about my day
twitter every little thing I am doing
clean out car

I am sure your list is longer than that.
I stopped because I need to go start another load.
But I wanted to take this 10 minutes and remind my Blogger friends to take that MAIN COURSE.
Don't forget the Master.
He, just as he is in this story, is sitting and waiting for you, his dear child, to take time with him.  He wants YOU to tell him about YOUR day, so he won't have to read it on twitter. ;)

Reminder of the day:
"He left the 99 to go and find the 1."

We can leave our "99 things TO DO TODAY list" at home and FOCUS on the Main Course.
Take. Your. Time.

I hope that this post has left you feeling refreshed & refocused.
